BALCONI GEAR PRIVACY POLICY

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting personally identifiable information you may provide us through our Website. This privacy policy (“Policy”) explains how your personal information is collected, used, and disclosed by Balconi Gear and its subsidiaries and affiliated companies, including, but not limited to, Balconi Top Training, Balconi Boot Camp, and Balconi Company. Unless we otherwise indicate, this Policy applies to all information collected by Balconi Gear from any source, including information collected through our online services and activities, including this Website (collectively, “Sites”).

RETURN POLICY 

We take pride in the quality and durability of our products. Along with our products, we want to provide you with the best customer service possible.

If you would like to return a product purchased, it can be returned for a refund for any reason within 30 days from the shipping date. Balconi Gear will not accept returns with evidence of excessive wear, misuse, alteration, or without a hangtag.

Your return will be processed within 5 business days of being received at our warehouse and refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. You will also receive an e-mail notification once your return is processed. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

INFORMATION COLLECTED
We collect information you directly provide to us online and through your other interactions with us. For example, we collect your name, email address, postal address, phone number, fax number, demographics and other information you provide us or will allow us to collect from you. We also collect credit card numbers if you purchase our products and/or services. We may also obtain information from other sources and combine that with personal information we collect from you.
